Fabulous FMPs

Every woman should own at least one pair. They can be open-toed or closed; red, black, or gold; slingback or wedge; they push men over the edge.

Of course, I’m talking about Fuck-Me Pumps – or FMPs, as they’re more politely called. And they don’t have to be those detestable platform spikey things that you see on strippers. They can be classy, stylish and beautiful, but most of all, they’re sexy.

These two are from Gucci. One is a classic black, the other a fire hot red. Both are peep-toed and ankle-strapped – cute and feminine, while subtly suggestive of bondage.

If you want to suggest the bondage theme a bit louder, these YSLs should do the trick. They are, however, a little close to costumey. So the woman wearing these must be especially stylish to quell the cheese factor.

There’s something about a mary jane. And being cherry red and stiletto-heeled like these Manolo Blahnik’s turns the sex factor way up. With a higher heel and open toe, the black ones are even steamier.

Few things are sexier and more stylish than Latin dance. And these Joey Os remind me of a spicy salsa or merengue.

Like a bit of sparkle? Choose Jimmy Choo. This pair, with it’s open toe and high stilletto, are perfect for that formal evening out that ends in a wild night in.

Personally, I think toe cleavage is about as appealing butt cleavage – not at all. But to each his (or her) own. This pair, by Jill Stuart, is cut low enough to expose the cleave.

These peep-toe pumps by Marc Jacobs are great for when you want to play sexy secretary.
